When you enquire, we collect the contact details, event information and message you choose to provide. Required fields are marked; other details are optional. Please only share information about other people where you have permission, and avoid sending sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a proposal. An enquiry does not confirm a booking. Newsletter permission is separate and optional.
How information is handled
This website uses Wix for hosting and enquiry forms. Form submissions are handled through Wix and notifications are sent to the studio’s email inbox. These services may process information outside Australia. External social-media links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Website services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and cookies for operation and security. Any optional analytics or advertising tools will be described here before they are introduced.
For access or correction requests, to withdraw newsletter permission, or to raise a privacy concern, contact sophie@msleeds.com. We may need to verify your identity before releasing personal information. Please do not email identity documents unless we have agreed on an appropriate method.
